Annual Dues: $2,600
(Must be paid by Jan. 5th of each year)

Annual F&B Minimum: $900

Premier Golf Membership
(Lifestyle Resident & New Home Buyers)

Initiation Fee: $45,000

Initiation Fee Promotion:
$15,000 - Limited Time Discount offered by Amelia National
$10,000 – Lifestyle Builder Gift

$20,000 Initiation Fee (Limited Time Only)
$10,000 – Deposit
$10,000 – Due on 1st anniversary of next year

Cart Fees:
Club Cart 18-hole rate - $24
Personal Cart 18-hole rate - $18

All Membership Categories are entitled to their respective Club Privileges and
will be held to Club rules and regulations of the Membership Documentation.

(Non Property Owners)
