John's Jottings - Enjoyed a great meal on Amelia Island last Friday night at Bonito Grill. Located on Center Street in downtown Fernandina Beach. Their menu goes beyond great sushi and they have a wonderful selection of main courses. I opted for the U-10 scallops and jasmine rice which was cooked to perfection.
